Brokers, we are open to creating a solution that suits your firm.  We believe this will be one of three options

1. Brokers who don’t want to wholesale, and want their agents who wholes (ale out of their firm Send the agent to license with Gorilla and we will give you a 10% referral on their work with us for the next 2 years

2.  Brokers who don’t want to wholesale, but want to keep their agents Send your off-market deals/leads to us, and we will pay a 40% referral fee back to your firm

3. Brokers who want to create a wholesale opportunity within their firm and want Steve to either:

        Steve can manage your internal wholesale operation Keep 80-90% of the profit from your wholesale deals and we will run your wholesale deal as an in-house consultant team.  

          Train your team one time or periodically  Simple.  We set up one time or recurring training and consulting to help you build a wholesale expertise
